Strengthening Ties: Key Meeting with Pag-IBIG Davao Marks Progress on KC Homes Subdivision

On July 10, 2025, Landlan Realty and Development Corp. reached an important milestone for KC Homes Subdivision through a productive meeting with the Pag-IBIG Fund team from Davao City. Held at Landlan Office – Cotabato Branch, the meeting was led by Sir Broi M. Barba, Pag-IBIG Fund Accounts Analyst, and Ma'am Kathryn Anne Racoma, Housing Relationship Officer. The agenda focused on two key areas: Pag-IBIG Accreditation and the End-User Housing Loan Program.



For the accreditation, the Pag-IBIG team walked us through the process and highlighted two main categories of requirements: project requirements and developer’s requirements. Fulfilling these is essential to becoming an accredited developer, which will enable our buyers to access Pag-IBIG financing options.
The second part of the meeting centered on the End-User Housing Loan Program. Pag-IBIG emphasized the importance of each buyer's capacity to pay and outlined the complete set of documents buyers must submit. A key takeaway from this discussion was the update on the new price threshold that Pag-IBIG now uses for socialized housing, which will help us ensure our pricing remains aligned with financing qualifications and affordable housing policies.



After the meeting, the Pag-IBIG Davao team, together with representatives from the Ministry of Human Settlements and Development (MHSD - BARMM), visited the KC Homes Subdivision site. They inspected both the location and our model house, offering valuable insights and support as we move toward accreditation and loan takeout preparation.
